Who is IKG?

Founded by Ernie Aiguier, Ironklad Group helps CrossFit Gyms implement systems, processes, and member acquisition methods developed in Ernie's own gyms.

Is IKG an approved CrossFit vendor?

Yes – Ironklad Group has a Referral Agreement with CrossFit, LLC.

For nearly a year, CrossFit vetted locations either hired by or owned by IKG. The agreement outlines IronKlad's services and responsibilities that are described in the above video. For this reason, IronKlad must be selective in enrolling CrossFit affiliates looking to rapidly grow their businesses.

Ernie, the founder of IKG, has been operating, buying, and selling CrossFit gyms since 2015.

He's done this by bringing Fortune 500 style systems and processes & team building and blended that with marketing and sales designed specifically to grow local businesses. He learned this system over 9 years (2006-2015) in a specific unit of a Fortune 500 company that helps local business owners.
